SINGLE-PHASE MODELS WITH BRUSH MOTORS
Single-phase vacuum cleaners that use traditional brush motors are both flexible and practical for general suction. They are suitable for NON-CONTINUOUS use as the motors can run for a more limited time compared with turbine models. Industrial vacuum cleaners offer very specific technical solutions and every model is designed to function for a particular task.
The vacuum cleaners offered in the SMART series, particularly models SMART 180D and SMART 280 D, are specifically designed for professionals in various sectors who need mobile, light and efficient suction of dust, even very fine particles. These models offer filtering power that exceeds other machines of the same category and include an integrated filter cleaning system that makes them the best alternative to traditional professional vacuum cleaners.
The SMART 240 WD is the first professional vacuum cleaner capable of liquid suction without the need to remove the dust filter that always remains assembled. Another innovative solution for liquid suction is the presence of an electric float that automatically turns off the cleaner when the maximum level of liquid waste is reached. Even with the possibility of liquid suction, this model's performance during dust suction is still excellent and is fitted with both a class M filter and a semi-automatic system for cleaning the filter. All these characteristics make this adaptable cleaner suitable for various sectors, from the construction industry to the food or pharmaceutical sectors.

These models are all equipped with semi-automatic shake filters for the suction of dust and, for the suction of liquids, electric floats that automatically turn off the machine when the maximum level of liquids has been reached.
Coynco is a leader when it comes to the suction of large quantities of fine dust thanks to our diverse patented technologies that allow us to maintain effective filtering for any type of dust. The ICLEAN series offers a selection of vacuum cleaners that are specific for this type of use. Although these models vary depending on the needs of the motor and the quantity of air necessary, they are all fitted with HEPA H14 filtration systems that guarantee to filter 99.995% of dust particles, resulting in a healthier and dust-free environment. The completely automatic filter cleaning system maintains this maximum level of filtration making the usual maintenance of the filtering apparatus unnecessary and thereby saving time and avoiding any risk of contamination or contact with dust particles that may be damaging to health.
This concept of single-phase and three-phase vacuum cleaners is a result of COYNCOs research that aimed to maximum practicality of use, respect working conditions for the operator and also offer high performance suction. The main advantage of using the bag collection system is that the operator never has to come into contact with the dust, a problem that often occurs when conventional containers are emptied. The risk of contamination and dispersing dust into the environment is no longer an issue. The collection used in most of our models is the LONGOPAC® system which uses a special continuous bag that allows sucked material to be easily sealed, producing smaller bags of varying size or weight that can be quickly disposed of or stored.
Some of the most popular models that we produce are those aimed at the mechanical engineering sector or any industry that requires the suction or recycling of cutting oil, lubricants and metal swarf. The success of these machines comes from focussing on designing specific machines that are made to be as simple, complete and practical as possible. These vacuum cleaners are capable of separating liquids from solids by using an INOX steel basket allowing macro filtration of the waste materials. The models for this type of use are equipped with a system that automatically stops suction when the maximum level of liquids is reached. For the reuse of cutting oils for machine tools, OIL models are equipped with a reverse flow system that takes advantage of the air produced in the turbine to discharge the sucked liquids so there is no need for the pumps that are commonly used for this purpose. Unlike other similar vacuum cleaners, these all-purpose models also offer the possibility of general industrial cleaning thanks to the addition of a dust filter so it isn't necessary to buy another model solely for this purpose.
The SFRIDI model is designed for the suction of LIGHT and VOLUMINOUS material such as scraps of paper, wood, textiles or all type and sizes of plastics that can make suction problematic for conventional vacuum cleaners. Powered by a side channel turbine, these models are extremely reliable, can be used continuously and are ideal for pairing with production machinery. The scraps are collected in a filtered bag that is stretched open by the force of the suction within a mesh basket. The suction evenly flows across the surface area of the bag to guarantee compression of the waste material inside allowing the bag to be filled completely before easy disposal using either single-use or reusable bags. The PAPER, TEXTILE, WOOD or PACKAGING sectors can now rely on a vacuum cleaner that has been specifically designed for their suction needs.
The ATEX directive (Atmosphere EXplosive) came into force in the EEC on 1st July 2003 and certifies the presence of the necessary requisites for vacuum cleaners, turbines and other machinery according to the directive 94/9/EC that can safely operate in environments at risk of explosion. These risks are subdivided into various levels of danger for the operator, classified in the directive 99/92/EC for the presence of gas, mist or dust that could cause a risk of explosion. Our vacuum cleaners are ATEX certified and, in compliance with the directive, have a series of drums in INOX steel AISI 304 and conductive filters to guarantee electrical conductivity in all their parts. The available models come in ELECTRIC and PNEUMATIC versions and differ in terms of motor depending on type of use or in which zone the machine will be used.
Coynco offers a complete range of industrial vacuum cleaners powered using compressed air that can be used where electricity is prohibited or unavailable, all in accordance with the ATEX directives of 1st July 2003. These models optimise suction by means of Venturi tubes, which must be powered by industrial compressors that produce a notable quantity of air. As well as offering better safety where electricity is prohibited, our vacuum cleaners powered by compressed air guarantee complete reliability in terms of suction performance and continuous use.
