For those looking for a versatile vacuum cleaner capable of handling any type of material-dry or liquid-the central inlet is the ideal choice. Thanks to the built-in baffle, liquid flow is guided downward, avoiding wetting the filter and ensuring efficient operation. However, for dust extraction, this configuration performs less well than the tangential configuration, as the baffle slows the flow of dust, which more easily ends up on the filter.
BASIC B
If the goal is to optimize dust extraction, the tangential inlet is the winning choice. Due to the higher air velocity and side entry into the drum, a cyclonic effect is generated that effectively separates dust from the filter, ensuring superior performance compared to central nozzles.
